All clients receive detailed monthly statements, easy to understand quarterly performance reports with management analysis, and year-end summaries to aid in tax planning. We are always available to discuss account activity and answer questions. We take great pride in returning calls promptly. MRM-Horizon Advisors accepts separately managed accounts starting at $250,000, subject to the discretion of the managing member, from individuals, retirement plans, corporations, endowments, and other entities. Custody of assets and monthly client statements are provided through Pershing LLC, a Bank of New York company with $100 million of protection for securities, and $1 million of protection for cash balances. Our fee for investment management services is 1.5% annually for the first $1 million in assets managed; with a 1% annual fee on all assets over $1 million.
